Now available: Journal Citation Reports 2022

The 2022 update to Journal Citation Reports has recently been released. COVID-19 research continues to drive increased citation impact.

Journal Citation Reports (JCR) lets users evaluate and compare journals using key metric indicators such as impact factor, immediacy index, and cited half-life to over 7,500 scholarly and technical journals from more than 3,300 publishers. They show the most frequently cited journals in a field, highest impact journals in a field, and the largest journals in a field. JCR covers virtually all areas of science, technology, and social sciences. Includes Impact Factors and EigenFactor Metrics.

Publication tool: PubsHub

Wondering where to publish? Trying to maximize your research presence? Journal-level metrics are one way of quantifying a journal’s impact. While they can give a sense of which journals are popular or respected within a specific field, they are not generalizable across disciplines.

PubsHub includes Impact Factors and Eigenfactors as well as information to help decide where to publish. It features:

  • Rejection rate
  • Time to acceptance
  • Time to publication
  • Instructions for Authors

Search journals by keyword, title, ISSN, and E-ISSN. Advanced search filters include impact factor tier, time frames, circulation, publisher, and language.
