Open Data Week: March 2-9

March 2-9 is Open Data Week. There are a number of definitions of “open data” – one of which is: data that can be freely used, re-used and redistributed by anyone – subject only, at most, to the requirement to attribute and sharealike. A more detailed definition is available at the Open Data Handbook.
